Terms & Conditions
These terms outline how Rising Phoenix Lawn & Landscape works with our customers — from requesting a quote to completing your project. They’re written to be clear and straightforward. Please review them before we begin work on your property.

Acceptance of terms
By requesting a quote, scheduling service, or otherwise engaging Rising Phoenix Lawn & Landscape for any landscaping or lawn care work, you agree to the terms described on this page. If you don’t agree with any part of them, please reach out before work begins so we can discuss your concerns.
Quotes & estimates
Quotes provided by Rising Phoenix are free and carry no obligation. A written or verbal quote is an estimate based on the information available at the time — including property size, scope of work, and site conditions.
- Quotes are typically valid for 30 days from the date provided, unless stated otherwise.
- If site conditions differ materially from what was described, the scope and price may be revised. We’ll always discuss any changes with you before proceeding.
- A quote is not a binding contract until both parties agree to the scope and schedule in writing.
Scheduling & weather
We work to honor scheduled dates and times, but landscaping is weather-dependent. Rain, extreme heat, frozen ground, and other conditions can require us to reschedule for the safety of our team and the quality of the work.
- We’ll communicate any scheduling changes as early as possible and work with you to find a new time.
- Recurring maintenance visits may shift within the scheduled week to accommodate weather and route efficiency.
Payment terms
Payment terms are agreed before work begins and will be clearly stated on your quote or invoice. The specifics below are placeholders — replace them with your actual policies.
- Recurring maintenance: [Add your billing cycle — e.g. due upon completion of each visit, or invoiced monthly].
- Projects & installations: [Add your deposit and milestone schedule — e.g. 50% deposit to schedule, balance due on completion].
- Accepted payment methods: [Add accepted methods — e.g. cash, check, card].
- Late payments: [Add your policy for overdue invoices, if any].
Cancellations & rescheduling
We understand plans change. Please give us as much notice as possible so we can adjust our schedule and route.
- Maintenance visits: [Add your notice window — e.g. 24 hours’ notice to skip or reschedule a visit without charge].
- Projects: [Add your cancellation policy for deposits and scheduled work].
Property access & responsibility
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work area, including unlocking gates and securing pets. Please let us know in advance about any hazards, hidden obstacles, irrigation lines, or underground utilities we should be aware of.
While we take great care on every property, Rising Phoenix is not responsible for damage to unmarked irrigation lines, invisible pet fencing, underground utilities, or items left in the work area that weren’t disclosed beforehand.
Workmanship & satisfaction
We stand behind our work. If something about a completed visit or project isn’t right, contact us within [Add your window — e.g. 7 days] and we’ll make it right. Our goal is a property you’re proud to come home to.
Plant material is living and subject to conditions beyond our control. We’ll advise on care, but we cannot guarantee the long-term survival of plantings due to weather, watering, soil, and maintenance after installation.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
